Symptom:
Routing over VPC
Traffic might be dropped when peering over vPC vlan for duration of OSPF dead timer when peering with vPC switches over vPC vlan using vpc peer router feature and one of the vPC switch failed or reloaded.

Conditions:
Remote device with routing adjacency with pair of vPC switches and peer-router feature enabled on them.
