Symptom:
Phone not record name on call history by using LDAP Reverse name lookup when call not succeed

Conditions:
Setup:
===
1) Setting right LDAP Account and Server info on phone web GUI, to make phone can use LDAP server and LDAP Reverse name lookup feature.
2) Set user's telephone as 1000 on LDAP server and clear all call history for this line.
3) On DUT make a call to 1000, after while till called name display on phone GUI, then end this call.
4) Check called name on recent call

OBSERVED:

Phone display called number as the called name

Expectation:
=======
Phone should display called's user name which searched from ldap server for this number.
