Description (partial)

Symptom:
Less details in Audit Logs while testing for device association/dissociation with application user.

Conditions:
While testing the audit log for device association/dissociation with application user, discovered that the changes are not always reflected in the audit log depending on which way the device association is carried.

Method 1, from "Application User Configuration" Page:-

Move the devices requiring to be associated or disassociated from 'Available Devices' window to ?Controlled Devices? page and then click on 'Save'. When this method is used then the change details are correctly recorded in the audit log.

Method 2, From "User Device Association" Page:-

1 On 'Application User Configuration page click on 'Device Association'. This takes you to 'User Device Association' page.
2 On 'User Device Association' devices to be associated can be Check Box the device and then click on 'Save Selected/Changes'. This associates the devices to the user and saves the changes.

When method 2 is used then details of the changes are not recorded in the audit log.
