Symptom:
Calls made from Jabber for Windows with VXME to CUCM invalid destinations experience the following user experience. 

Jabber call Window conversation window is closed and reorder tone is played for several seconds with no way to stop it.

Conditions:
Jabber for Windows 11.9 with VXME 11.9.
