Description (partial)

Symptom:
User exports (takes a snapshot) of a VNF using the Service Export option from CSP-2100 GUI. The export takes time due to large disk size. The state of the VNF displays as EXPORT_IN_PROGRESS but even after several hours the state does not return back to the previous state which is DEPLOYED.

In such a scenario, when the user powers on the VM, the VM is powered on with a new hard disk which doesnt have any config. Basically wiping out all day N config.

Conditions:
Exporting VMs with large disk sizes on CSP-2100
