Description (partial)
Symptom: Im and Presence failed back manually via the failback button on Call Manager does not restart the XCP File transfer Manager service Conditions: verify that XCP File Transfer Manger service is running. Failover to secondary Presence server, then confirm that XCP File Transfer Manger service has stopped on primary server Select Failback button, then monitor the services on the Priamary Presence node. All services restart except for the XCP File Transfer Manger
