Symptom:
Misleading message log shows a message similar to the following when the inspection engine (Snort) is restarted.

SF-IMS[4432]: [4432] (none):SSL_ALLOC [ERROR] ssl_alloc.c:114:ssl_alloc_destroy(): ssl_alloc_destroy: Destroying MEMCAP while 4006 bytes have not been freed.  Will result in memory leak.

Conditions:
Physical and virtual managed devices, ASA with FirePOWER Services devices, and physical and virtual Firepower Threat Defense devices configured with an SSL inspection policy.
