Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 explicit null label not imposed on 6PE traffic, this could lead to traffic blackhole downstream.

Conditions:
NCS5501-SE with 6PE, and multiple IGP paths. 6PE traffic flowing through one of the IGP paths may be impacted. No apparent trigger done in this case,
