Symptom:
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
====================
Starting NA Collector flooding on 8540 (Khanda), 5520 (Pata) and 3504 (Kukri) controllers with image 8.5.114.25 (8.5MR2).
Issue starts to show up as soon as WLCs are added to DNAC.
Problem is not seen on 8510 (Saber) or 5508 (Talwar)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

There should not be any message flood on WLC

Customer will observe console message flood
TEST CASE / STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
============================
 1. Bring UP 8540, 5520 or 3504 controller with 8.5MR2 build
 2. Add to DNAC and assign to a Site, console flood will start
