Description (partial)

Symptom:
On-site alerts don't include correct Port Description.

The Location and Port Description fields in the alert will either be empty or use the ALI details to populate the fields instead.

Here's a sample email for a phone connected to port tracked by switch and with a description displayed in the UI under the location column:

EMERGENCY CALL DETAILS (Generated by CiscoER)
    Caller Extension : 10517975
    Display Name :
    Zone/ERL : TestZone_1
    Location :
    Port Description :
    Call Time : January 18, 2018 12:43:21 PM EST

The alert in the CER Event Viewer log is also missing the information:

	2018-01-18 12:43:22,054 | WARN | CER_ONSITEALERT | Emergency call DetailsCaller Extension:10517975Zone/ERL :TestZone_1LOCATION :Call Time :January 18, 2018 12:43:22 PM EST

Conditions:
Phone tracked by switchport and with "Use port description as port location" enabled on the LAN switch settings with a description configured in the switchport interface.
