When the actual description contains regional language is configured in the CUCM and the desk phone description displays as a garbled format.

The Enduser assigned with more than one same model IP phone
Description configured in CUCM contains regional languages 
Jabber client should installed with the same regional language (Chinese Traditional/Simplified)
