Description (partial)

Symptom:
There are is a client behind the FE (Edge1) and the mcast source behind another FE (Edge2). In the situation when the multicast source start sending traffic first (without having any receivers), the PIM register should be send via unicast from Edge2 (FHR) towards the RP (FB) and RP should reply back with PIM register-stop. Now when any receiver behind Edge2 subscribes to the mcast stream, the LHR (Edge2) should send the PIM join towards the RP. RP, should have (S,G) installed in the MRIB with the P-Prune flag and should initiate PIM join towards the Edge2, to re-initiate the mcast traffic flow from the source. Here where we are seeing the problem - RP does not generate the PIM join and Edge2 never re-initiate the stream.

Conditions:
Multicast source being registered on the RP without having any receivers.
