Cisco Bug: CSCvh75025 - After running out of 1550 byte blocks the standby ASA will intentionally crash and reload

Symptom: Up until the fix for this bug, the ASA would purposefully traceback and reload under the following conditions: 1) The ASA is in the standby state 2) The ASA has all 1550 byte blocks exhausted The crash intended so that the standby device would clear the problem and become active again upon reboot. After the fix for this bug, the ASA will no longer reload when it encounters the block depletion problem, so that the block depletion can be investigated and resolved. Conditions: To encounter this problem the ASA's 1550 byte blocks must be exhausted.
