Cisco Bug: CSCvh74550 - ISE Password lifetime will not be reset when changing password via NW device

Description (partial)

Password lifetime is not reset when change password via NW device.
Due to this problem, we will experience that the user for Device admin will be disabled unexpectedly regardless of we have changed password via NW device.

Configure Device Admin(TACACS+) for authentication with internal user.
Configure Password Lifetime in password policy.
Change password from network device, not from ISE GUI.

ISE internal users password expiring with password lifetime disabled
I've disabled all options under Administration > Identity Management > Settings > User Authentication Settings > Password Lifetime, but I'm still receiving a message saying my password will expire.     Can't see anywhere else this could be coming from, so am I missing something? It's important that passwords don't expire since we use this for device config backup and monitoring.
