Nov 04, 2019
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: In cucm 12.0 release - the CDROnDemandService AXIS service is not enabled by default as is the case with the previous CUCM versions iterations. In CUCM 12.0 , the CDROnDemandService is not activated. This change was incorporated from CUCM 12.0 for the AXIS 1.4 URL to work successfully with CUCM 12.0 The process to update the same is executing the below mentioned command under root : /usr/local/cm/bin/soapservicecontrol2.sh CDRonDemandService CDRonDemand deploy 8443 These configurations were applied on the AXIS 2 APPLICATION - however AXIS1 was not enabled by default with respect to CUCM 12.0 This was working in previous releases of CUCM and were only change in 11.5.1 SU3 and 12.x In case, if there are any permission denied errors while executing the command's that were provided, we need to perform the set enforce 0 first and then execute the aforementioned command. Conditions: When using CDRonDemandServices with 3rd party application for CDR related tasks.
