Description (partial)

Symptom:
After copying the IOS into the bootflash, when configured the boot sequence statement on the supervisor and applied write on the switch. it corrupted the IOS.
I tried to format the bootflash a couple of times but it did not resolve the issue. 
IOS was getting corrupted every time when write is applied on switch after configuring the boot statement.

Conditions:
If the IOS is copied into the bootflash first and then boot sequence statement is configured on the switch then IOS will get corrupted.
Issue found on 03.06.07
