Description (partial)

Symptom:
Upon receive of external BSR advertisement with wrong subnet/mask -  e.g 239.0.0.0/4 (by default it translates into 224.0.0.0/4). Local RP mapping is changed to this group even if local RP is configued with override. It further affects MSDP

Conditions:
BSR advertisement with wrong subnet/mask -  e.g 239.0.0.0/4 to be received
