Sep 13, 2018
- Cisco Meeting Server
Known Affected Releases
2.1 2.2 2.3
Symptom: Active calls are suddenly dropped but users can quickly call back into conference. No crash dump file is found on the server. Conditions: Call restart is due to call bridge memory usage reaching a high level, causing the kernel to kill the process to recover. In the log, the following line is found around the time of the restart: "Out of memory: Kill process xxxx (server) score yyy or sacrifice child" The restart is though to be rare and is reported on X-server series (version 2.1 and 2.2).
