Description (partial)

Symptom:
The HTTP URL fails to parse if a ":port" number is specified. This means that only the default port number 80 is accessible.

network: failed IPv6 supported digit check (.)
network: failed IPv4 supported digit check (:)
network: failed to parse/obtain IP address from x.x.x.x:xxxx

Conditions:
C9300, C9400, C9500 products attempting to boot using HTTP with a port number specified in the URL.
example:
    boot http://5.21.20.59:8111/file.bin
