Description (partial)

CU will notice the resoltuion drop to below HD after 3 participants have dialed in dualhome. All preceding participants will drop below 640x360 resoltion. This can be actively seen in the call diagnostics of what is offered by the AVMCU.

In an AVMCU controlled environment, SFB multiview(gallery) enablement is triggering this. This is occurring because all audio video is being routed into the AVMCU instead of the CMS for call mixing(new feature used to improve call routing ?dualHomeCallBridge?); SFB multiview(gallery) feature enablement is triggering the AVMCU behavior.

The DualHomeCallbridge setting is being used to improve call routing to the AVMCU but affecting video quality on TP endpoint to TP endpoint between two callbridges. All dual home connections rely on the AVMCU to mix the video now.
