Description (partial)
Symptom: When reopening the topology view, or restarting the vsm client, unavailable ports are visualized as being available again on the topology view. There is no problem with regards to lineup configuration visualization or validation though. Conditions: The port became unavailable because the direction changed, or because the port was removed from the board on the device. The problem does not occur if the port became unavailable because the parent board was removed.
