Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP Next-hop tracking policy working incorrectly for EVPN address family, it marks inaccessible prefixes which should pass RPL check

Conditions:
If you try to filter routes based on the next-hop it will not work properly in 6.2.25, even if prefix should pass the RPL check it will be marked as inaccessible, only applicable to 1 address family.
