Description (partial)

Symptom:
When changing in between snmp-server host x.x.x.x traps and snmp-server host x.x.x.x informs the config on the system may not match running-config or startup-config. Config lock may occur and consequential snmpd core may also happen.

Conditions:
Changing from snmp-server host x.x.x.x traps config back and forth from snmp-server host x.x.x.x informs configurations.

If snmpd core is seen, be careful not to crash snmpd 3 times or there will be a hap-reset during the 3rd snmpd core.
