Symptom:
Customers do not have a clear understanding of the required steps to save/apply a configuration change in CUCM. Administrators are presented with the options of save, reset, restart and apply config but there is not a document outlining what each of these options functionally accomplishes. This request is for Cisco to produce a document explaining the functional impact of clicking save, reset, restart or apply config and which of these are required to save a change.
