Description (partial)

Symptom:
This appears to be the same bug reported for earlier releases (CSCvc73807).

Conditions:
MAC for Jabber 11.9.2 causing high CPU.  Once CPU is high it quickly filled up the logs with the following message repeatedly and we can't only gathered about 10 seconds worth.
