Description (partial)
Symptom: OSPF deletes all MPLS forwarding for SSPF SR labels when any node is not SSPF or SR enabled in the area. Conditions: When OSPF is enabled with Segment Routing and Strict SPF feature is enabled for SR-TE with autoroute announce feature. And then additionally, some router in the area does not support SR or SSPF.
