Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer recently upgraded MSE from 8.0.130.0 to 8.0.150. 
After upgrade seamless login from Prime Web GUI to MSE stopped working.
MSE (8.0.130.0) --- opens up without login page of MSE. 
But in MSE (8.0.150.0) -- login page comes up and we need to enter the credentials to get into it.

Conditions:
After upgrading to 8.0.150.0
