Description (partial)

If a subscriber doesn't have ?supported codecs? in MM context, it causes SRVCC failure when MME receives "HO required request as SRVCC.
According to 3GPP documents, ?supported codecs? is a mandatory IE if the UE supports SRVCC to GERAN or UTRAN.
But current MME doesn't have options to control such HO Required Req, for example, block the HO Required Req or set default "Supported Codecs" in SRVCC PS to CS Request to MSC.

Attach Request doesn't include "Supported Codecs"
