Description (partial)

Symptom:
With macsec enabled, ucast pkts are accounted as mcast pkts in "sh controlller hundredGigE xxxx" o/p

Conditions:
With macsec enabled, Unicast packets are wrongly accounted as multicast packets in "sh controlller hundredGigE xxxx" o/p in tomahawk based Line cards.

NP tagging uses below fields in tomahawk.
