Description (partial)

Called to queue, agent answered the call, agent went to TALKING state
When trying to LOGOUT, the option was not available
Selected NOT READY from talking state, and the agent went to PENDING NOT READY
Now the agent was allowed to logout from the Finesse even when the call was active.

When using UCCX 11.6, finesse with any browser. Agent is allowed to LOGOUT from PENDING-NOT READY state
