Description (partial)

On the NCS1001 or NCS4000, the content of the Logical View / OpticalInterfaces / Provisioning / Adminstatus / Ethernet Controllers table contains duplicated entries for the MgmtEth0/RP0/OSC controllers.

At first discovery the list of controllers in the table is correct.
The duplication seems to be triggered by the Reactive Inventory after modifying the Admin Status of one GigabitEthCtrlr controller and becomes evident when the user do a refresh of the table.

The duplicated controllers have the Admin Status set to "NOT_APPLICABLE".

Check attached screenshot for reference.

1. Access CEPNM as Config Manager or Root user
2. Navigate to Inventory / Network Devices
3. Select the NCS1001 device
4. Navigate to Logical View / OpticalInterfaces / Provisioning / Adminstatus / Ethernet Controllers
5. Select one GigabitEthCtrlr controller and then the Edit button
6. Modify the Admin Status and Save
7. Wait for Reactive Inventory to complete
8. Return to the Ethernet Controllers table and Refresh
9. Verify the duplicated controllers appear in the list

Reproducibility: 3/3
