Description (partial)

Symptom:
Enhancement of SR contact feature to allow edit capability to the email address of the customer admin on the SCH portal.

Conditions:
When a customer admin/SR contact wishes to retain device ownership and admin capability but changes the email address to another email for support related customer issues to work directly with Cisco TAC instead of the customer admin him/herself.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
