Symptom:
Standby is stuck in failed state due to GSYNC failure:-

Conditions:
After making slot 4 as active and slot 3 s stand-by. Slot 3 remained in same problem
state.

some problem with GSYNC failure.

Need to check with DE and sysmgr component owner.
