Description (partial)

EIM agents create email replies within the UI
Reply is never created and original email does not complete, remains in email inbox

1. Customer send an email to EIM
2. Agent receive the email and reply the email.
3. Customers replies to agent's email
4. Agent tries to reply the customer email but email haven't sent to customer.

This can occur with replies or forwarded email
