Description (partial)

Symptom:
Controller GUI not accepting Tacacs fallback boundary interval values

Conditions:
1. Load 8.8.1.36
2. In wlc GUI,
	Security->  TACACS+ -> Fallback
3. Select fallback mode as 'enable'.
4. Type some interval value '3500' -> APPLY.  
5. configure interval as '180' and click 'apply'. GUI throwing error message as 'Interval should be a Numeric value'.
same way  configure interval as '3600' and click 'apply'.GUI throwing same error  pop-up  'Interval should be a Numeric value'.

In CLI:

Issue not seen in CLI. 
CLI accepting tacacs fallaback interval boundary values (180 and 3600)

(ctlr-kukri-12) >config tacacs fallback-test interval 3600

(ctlr-kukri-12) >config tacacs fallback-test interval 180 


Expected Behavior:

Controller GUI should not throw error while configuring tacacs fallaback interval to boundary values (180 and 3600)
