Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the ADM under Policy Analysis in the mis-dropped flow detail display, it incorrectly shows the hardware sensor (ACI leaf switch) as the Provider in the unidirectional UDP packet flow from the hardware sensor to the collectorDatamover in the cluster.

When this occurs, the flow details for the mis-dropped packet shows that the Provider (hardware sensor) has sent all of the packets and the Consumer (collectorDatamover in cluster) has sent 0 packets.

Conditions:
When ACI hardware sensors are -EX switches
