Cisco Bug: CSCvh64172 - Dialer flush cached records with CallResult 25 if no agent available

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Dialer flushes records with CallResult 25 and status pending (P) in the Dialer_Detail table. Scenario: • Outbound dialer (predictive) • Campaign Active • Records to Cache: 14 • Agents available for the first 4 calls and then all the agents log out. No agents available in the campaign • The rest 10 calls are flushed as Call Result : 25 in the dialer table. This is a default behaviour. The documents for CallResult Codes for Dialer_Detail Table states only the following: 25 Dialer has flushed this record due to a change in the skillgroup or the campaign The bug is opened to get the above behavior added to the documentation. Conditions: • Outbound dialer (predictive) • Campaign Active • Records to Cache: Has a value • Agents not available/logged out after the records have been cached.
