Description (partial)

Symptom:
A LISP xTR may not forward traffic properly to an entry in its map-cache. Instead there may be an increase in the number of punts observed.

Conditions:
This may happen if CEF and platform forwarding have diverged in their LISP configuration.

Commands such as "show ip cef [vrf <vrf name>] <prefix> detail" should show a result consistent with "show ip lisp map-cache [eid-table vrf <vrf name>]". However platform show commands may show the same prefix terminating with a "Glean" or punt adjacency.

This behaviour may be seen if there is a consistent behaviour of entries being deleted and quickly recreated in the LISP map-cache.
