Description (partial)

Symptom:
Catalyst 3850 or Catalyst 9x00 switches configured with MPLS, may leak memory causing system crash

Conditions:
Protocol flap, interface shut/no shut or flap, and route clear may cause the memory to leak for the process handling the UADP packet processor
