Description (partial)

We have found a problem with the addGatewaySccpEndpoints axl call, it seems that when adding an SCCP End Point the OwnerUser ID is ignored. Please can you get the CUCM team to investigate and raise a CDET if required.

Here is an example of what we are sending through, in this case I had added a VG202 gateway in a previous step. The <ownerUserId>JohnD000</ownerUserId> is being sent, but when you check the field on CUCM for the End Point its blank.
