Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traffic may blackhole if the DCI link connecting two or more DC's goes down with shared site-prefixes between those DC's for multi-homing.

In certain PfR topologies, without route leaking, a blackhole scenario may develop if multi-homing exists from branches to DC's for which connectivity to shared site-prefixes may involve the use of a DCI and that DCI goes down.

Conditions:
In certain PfR topologies, without route leaking, a blackhole scenario may develop when a DCI connection goes down if a branch homes to a different DC than where a prefix lives as part of bandwidth balancing/site-prefix sharing.
