Symptom: Setting device as inactive does not prevent the CM to accept and handle cms deregister request, resulting in all data related to the device removed from the database. Conditions: Customer needs to remove database and key data from device without removing it from CM DB. CMS service at the Central manager restart between deactivation and deregister request.
