Description (partial)

ENCS device inaccessible after "disk delete-partition all" cli.

Steps to get the problem:
1. After executing "disk delete-partitions all" cli.
2. Device will come up after "reload" cli, with clean disk.
3. After installing the fresh binary and reload.
4. Device is in inaccessible due to some binaries missing.

once we do "disk delete-partitions all" cli device will reload. After installing the fresh image and once we give the reload the device will hang due to some binaries are not available because of disk delete partitions.
