Description (partial)

Symptom:
N9K: After reloaded one of VXLAN VTEP and vPC peer device, it forwards traffic to vPC peer-link incorrectly against MAC address table entry and those traffic fails.

Conditions:
N9K as VXLAN VTEP and vPC peer
