Description (partial)

Symptom:
Wireless client cannot resolve another wireless client ARP 
Both client are associated with same AP and same VLAN.

Due to that, cannot communicate between wireless clients.

Conditions:
Using dynamic VLAN feature.
Both client can ping to default GW on wired device.
