Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unnecessary logs seen for interface that does not exist.

2017 Dec 20 02:37:54 F340.08.25-N9K-C9508-1 %ETHPORT-5-IF_HARDWARE: Interface Ethernet1/2, hardware type changed to No-Transceiver
2017 Dec 20 02:37:54 F340.08.25-N9K-C9508-1 %ETHPORT-5-IF_HARDWARE: Interface Ethernet1/2/2, hardware type changed to No-Transceiver
2017 Dec 20 02:37:54 F340.08.25-N9K-C9508-1 %ETHPORT-5-IF_HARDWARE: Interface Ethernet1/2/3, hardware type changed to No-Transceiver
2017 Dec 20 02:37:54 F340.08.25-N9K-C9508-1 %ETHPORT-5-IF_HARDWARE: Interface Ethernet1/2/4, hardware type changed to No-Transceiver

E1/2 is inserted with a QSFP with no breakout configs so the interfaces E1/2/2, E1/2/3, E1/2/4 do not exist but the logs above are shown upon a QSFP transceiver reseat.

Conditions:
Reseat of QSFP transceiver (QSFP-40G-LR4) first time after reload. Subsequent reset do not produce same logs. Issue can be seen first time of QSFP reseat after everytime a reload was done.
