Description (partial)

Symptom:
When Ethernet frames with IPv6 TCP payload are forwarded in L2VPN service, the IP based load balance may not evenly distribute IP flows among bundle member links and ECMP paths.

Conditions:
When users enable IP based flow hashing for L2VPN service, IPv6 TCP flows may not be evenly distributed among ECMP/bindle-member-links.
