Description (partial)

Symptom:
PLOGI from an end device to the FC Name Server(FCNS) fails when the upstream NPIV connection is via a san-port-channel (NP mode). Because of this the end device cannot register its FC4 Features/Types. If the upstream connection to the NPIV switch is via an individual FC port(also in NP mode) then the PLOGI is successful and the FC4 features/types are correctly registered.

Conditions:
Applies only to Nexus 5672-16G platform in NPV mode with upstream san-port-channels.
