Symptom:
When attempt to install a software upgrade cop file IMP server will find the file on the FTP server but will give an error 
message "the remote file could not be accessed of fully downloaded. Please verify the file permissions or check status of the remote server"

I've installed numerous cop files from the same FTP server on the same PC. 
When look into this 

Looking into this issue via a capture. the IMP server is finding the file on my FTP server. When it goes to actually list the file for download, the IMP server is putting an extra character on the end of the file name.
