Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISR4K show CPU Hogs and ultimately crashes due to  "EEM Callback Thread":

%SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (24608)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (1/1),process = EEM Callback Thread.
IOSXE-WATCHDOG: Process = EEM Callback Thread
%SCHED-0-WATCHDOG: Scheduler running for a long time, more than the maximum configured (120) secs.

Conditions:
EEM script with "FH_EOK" accesses must be configured. 
Crash occurs after EEM is triggered several consecutive times.
